Ms Malobika Sengupta
Ms Malobika Sengupta is CEO, WLC College, India. Under her guidance, WLC India has been successful in fostering an environment for the students that provides opportunities, promotes excellence and inculcates a culture of learning. Ms Sengupta is a graduate in mathematics and a post-graduate in marketing and finance from FMS, Delhi. She has also done a course in statistics from India Statistical Institute. Here's her take on four questions from Business Line: Two things that my education/training taught me: Simplify thinking. Focus on task at hand. Two things I learnt from your work/real life: People are the real assets of any organisation and managing them is the key to success. Patience.
