Mr Seemanto Roy
As Head Infrastructure Housing and Entertainment, Seemanto Roy leads the Rs 15,000-crore Aamby Valley project of Sahara India Pariwar. Seemanto's vision for the future is to explore the national and international markets for new ventures and position Sahara India Pariwar in the global arena. As a person Seemanto enjoys adventure and is an enthusiastic traveller. Twenty-eight-year-old Seemanto is the younger son of Subrata Roy, Managing Worker and Chairman, Sahara India Pariwar. Here's his take on four question from Business Line: Two things that my education/training taught me: Discipline. Learning is a continuous process. Two things I learnt from my work/real life: Never ever stop dreaming; it is the first step towards achieving your goal. Never be afraid to do something new. One quality I look for the most in a new recruit: Commitment. A book that I read recently: For One More Day, by Mitch Albom.
