Ms Nita Kapoor is Senior Vice-President (Marketing), Godfrey Phillips India. Ms Nita Kapoor, began her career in advertising, before taking a sabbatical to do a management programme at IIM Ahmedabad. Here's her take on four questions from Business Line: Two things that my education/training taught me. God lies in the details and that there are no short-cuts in life. Two things I learnt from my work/real life. The importance of having a vision and the belief in making it happen. Second, one must share and work on this vision with the right team of people.
