Pradeep Singh is Founder and CEO of Aditi Technologies. An engineer from IIT Delhi and an MBA from Harvard, Pradeep founded Aditi Technologies in 1994 after nine years in various management positions. Here's his take on four questions from Business Line: Two things that my education/training taught me: `Basics' do matter. The most important things I learnt were also the most basic learning how to think and how to communicate. Two things I learnt from my work/real life: Leadership skills are learnt. Experience and success breed confidence in one's beliefs and the willingness to take a stand on issues before others are willing to do the same. Equally important was early failure and knowing that one can bounce back. One quality I look for the most in a new recruit: I actually look for two attributes smarts and attitude.
