Ms Renée Kuwahara is the Chief Operating Officer for the global operations of 24/7 Customer, a premier global provider of business process outsourcing services. A business administration graduate from the University of Michigan, Ms Kuwahara has over 20 years experience in international contact centre and business process outsourcing. She is an expert on workforce management operations, capacity planning and client relationship management.
