Arup Gupta Arup Gupta, President and Chief Operating Officer, Polaris Software Lab, is an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Science (IISc) and a longstanding member of the Institute of Electronics and Electrical Engineers (IEEE). Arup is in charge of the company’s global operations, delivery and sales functions. Two things I learnt from my work/real life: Right structure with right team and right processes is the key to success. Complete transparency builds trust and relationship.
