Anil Jain Anil Jain is the Managing Director of Refex Refrigerants Ltd. A commerce graduate from Loyola College, Chennai, he was exposed to business at a young age, and took active interest in the steel business which his family was engaged in. Here’s his take on four questions from Business Line: Two things I learnt from my work/real life: I rejoice in challenges, looking through them inspires and any stride taken against challenges is a symbol of human endeavour. Dreaming big is the fountainhead to success…that’s what makes sleep such a nice thing to do. Two things that my education/training taught: Don’t ever have a finish line. Always look north — opportunities are your most consistent friends. One quality I look for the most in a new recruit: I strongly believe all my employees (not only the new recruits) should feel at home at my workplace.
