Two things that my education/training taught me:

Logical reasoning.

People make all the difference.

Two things I learnt from my work/real life:

Leadership is not defined by the exercise of power but by the capacity to increase the sense of power among those who are led.

Making mistakes is fine. What is more important is what you learn from that mistake, and how quickly you take corrective action.

One quality I look for the most in a new recruit:

Attitude and passion.
