Poonam Chandel

Ms Poonam Chandel is the Chief Operating Officer of Cobra Indian Beer Pvt Ltd. A gold medallist at the International Institute of Management Studies, Shimla, she has made Cobra the fastest growing beer brand in India. Here’s her take on four questions from Business Line:

Be honest and forthright even when taking the most difficult decisions.
