Future Generali India has appointed Jyoti Vaswani as Chief Investment Officer, Ruchira Bhardwaja as Chief Human Resources Officer and Dana Yusupova as Head – Internal Audit.
Prior to this, Vaswani worked in Aviva Life Insurance and JM Capital Management and has 20 years experience in investment management, equity analysis, fixed income investments and strategy. As CIO for life insurance businesses of Future Generali, Vaswani has the mandate for driving the investment, liquidity and asset liability management (ALM) to optimise investment performance within the risk appetite of customers. Munish Sharda, Managing Director and CEO, Future Generali Life Insurance, said: “The value that women add in the business world is undeniable and much more visible today than it has ever been.
“Women today have broken the glass ceiling and as leaders, they have not only been instrumental in the business performance and growth of the organisation but are also a source of strength and inspiration for others.”
Bhardwaja joins Future Generali from Axis Bank where she was responsible for hiring as a Senior Vice-President-HR. Earlier, she worked with Tata Group companies — Rallis India, Indian Hotels and Croma.
