Indian Bank plans to recruit 324 probationary officers. The bank has invited application from eligible candidates (those with a first class graduate degree and are in the age group of 20 to 28 years) for admission to one-year post graduate diploma programme in banking and finance (PGDBF) course at the Indian Bank Manipal School of Banking (IBMSB) at Bengaluru.
The candidates will be selected on the basis of their performance in two online exams ( preliminary and main) and an interview.
The course will consist of a residential module of 9 months at the campus and a three-month internship at a designated branch of the bank. On successful completion of the course, candidates will be absorbed in Indian Bank as 'Probationary Officer' in the junior management grade (JMG-1).
