The Supreme Court today refused to grant bail to Asaram Bapu in a rape case filed in Gujarat. The court asked him to approach the High Court.
Apex court, however, has agreed to hear his bail plea in another rape case lodged against him in Rajasthan and has issued a notice to the State Government.
