Members of All India Bank Officers Confederation in Coimbatore city have decided to conduct a rally on March 1.
According to J Vanangamudi, District President, All India Bank officers Confederation, over 1000 bank officers from various public and old generation private sector banks would participate in this rally.
It is basically to impress upon the general public the need for strengthening public sector banks and the negative impact of privatisation.
It would start at 4.30 pm from Women’s Polytechnic, he said.
