Petroleum Minister on Friday said it has approved hike in sharing security deposit for new LPG connections under kerosene free Delhi scheme.
The security deposit has been increased from Rs 1,400 against LPG cylinder pressure regulator to Rs 1,600.
The Ministry approved a proposal for sharing increased LPG connection security deposit on 50:50 basis between the Delhi Government and CSR funds of the public sector oil companies, it said in a statement.
