Ashok MR Dalawai, Deputy Director General of Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI), has been transferred as Additional Secretary, Department of Agriculture and Cooperation, Ministry of Agriculture.
The transfer was approved by the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet in its meeting held yesterday, Dalawai will serve in the new post for the balance period of his central deputation tenure i.e. upto April 29, 2017 or until further orders, whichever is earlier, in the vacancy of D K Jain.
