The event would include a conference on dairy farming on Sunday and a dairy tour for emerging entrepreneurs on Monday.

The Karnataka State Sugarcane Growers’ Association and the Karnataka Rajya Raitha Sangha and Hasiru Sene have given a bandh call on Saturday to protest against the alleged indifference of the Union and state governments towards the problems of farmers.
