The Bombay Stock Exchange will auction investment limits for overseas investors to buy government debt securities worth ₹3,011 crore. The auction will be conducted on the BSE’s ‘ebidxchange’ platform in the afternoon. The debt auction quota gives overseas investors the right to invest in the debt, up to the limit purchased.

Starting today, an individual can book online only six railway tickets in a month. Earlier, it was 10 tickets per individual user. Ticket booking is not allowed through e-wallet and cash cards from 8 am to 12 noon, according to the Railways.

The Swachh Survekshan Survey will unveil the list of India’s cleanest cities. The Urban Development Ministry will today announce the ranking of 73 cities surveyed for sanitation and hygiene conditions. The rankings will reflect progress made in the strategy for open defecation-free towns and integrated solid waste management, among others.
