The National Small Industries Corporation (NSIC), a public sector enterprise, on Monday signed a memorandum of cooperation with Black Business Council (BBC) of South Africa for developing youth-owned enterprises in South Africa.
The MoU also focuses on BBC’s efforts to economically empower the marginalised groups in South Africa, under which it plans to establish five such centres there in cooperation with NSIC.
