Mumbai, Dec 7:  

Kevin Rudd, former Prime Minister and Foreign Minister of Australia will deliver the Second IISS Oberoi Lecture on December 11, at The Trident, Mumbai.

Rudd, who is also an authority on China, will speak on ‘China’s Leadership Transition and the Future of a Rising Power’.

The IISS Oberoi Lecture has been launched jointly by the global strategic affairs think tank, the International Institute for Strategic Studies (IISS) and India’s leading hospitality chain The Oberoi Group.
