Paytm has partnered Hyderabad’s leading restaurant chain, Paradise Biryani, to bring the convenience of paying through the Paytm Wallet at its outlets across the country.
Users of Paytm can now scan the QR code placed at the payment counter and pay instantly using their Paytm Wallet. This service is available in all 26 Paradise Biryani outlets across India, enabling seamless payments.
Paytm has partnerships thousands of outlets in a vast set of categories, including transportation, grocery stores and quick service restaurants. Some of its major offline partners include Future Group, More, Spencers and WH Smith, among others. Its quick service restaurant partners include Haldiram’s, Vaango, KFC, Pizza Hut, Barista and Costa Coffee.
The company has also launched its app in 10 regional languages, including Tamil and Telugu, to make digital payments accessible to all.
The company has promised to keep bank transfer rates at 0 per cent till the launch of the Paytm Payments Bank, which will, in turn, allow users to transfer money to their payments bank account at zero fee.
