The Kochi-based Tropical Agrosystem India Pvt Ltd has introduced a new nano organic complex fertiliser in the market.
The company has also launched plant protection chemicals developed organically through secondary metabolites from plant origins.
Approved by the Indian Council of Agricultural Research, the product is a replacement for chemical fertilisers. The company has carried out extensive trials in poly houses and open farming at Kerala Agriculture University, major plantations and home kitchen gardens before introducing the product in the market.
According to Vinod Kumar, regional manager, the company has sought permission from the State Government to promote the product in its endeavour in organic Kerala initiatives. All the products have received certification from approving agencies such as Indocert, USOCA and Vedic Organic.
