SVKM’S NMIMS School of Business Management has announced a tie-up with ICICI Bank, to provide an opportunity to high performing employees within the bank, to move into roles of higher responsibility under the ICICI Young Leaders Program.
This is a joint initiative which will be conducted at the NMIMS campus in Mumbai, spanning over 12 months, including classroom sessions and an on-field project. The programme aims to develop core skills in sales, customer service and credit. In addition to these set of skills, the programme will enhance the leadership and analytical skills of the participants.
“Through our tie-up with ICICI Bank, we aspire to establish an industry-academic partnership for better quality education, and to provide the banking industry with skilled professionals,” said Dr. Rajan Saxena, Vice Chancellor of NMIMS University. “The programme seeks to equip eligible candidates with a Post-Graduate Diploma in Business Management, through training provided by excellent faculty qualified across various management and financial disciplines.”
TK Srirang, Senior General Manager and Head – Human Resources, ICICI Bank Ltd, said, “ICICI Young Leaders Program is an initiative in line with our employee value proposition of learning and growth. ICICI Bank has always built leaders by identifying and investing in internal talent. This program will provide growth opportunities to frontline officers by accelerating them to leadership positions within the bank.”
