NCR-based real estate company Bhasin Group announced that it has started construction of a 33-storey tower in Noida Expressway and aims to complete construction in just 99 days.
The office tower ‘Mist’ is part of 25-acre Festival City project by the company. While the tower will be built at ₹150 crore, the total project would entail an investment of ₹900 crore.
“The composite steel structure building (Mist) will offer built-to-suit office spaces and retail spaces. The tower will be built using 3,000 tonnes of E 550 steel plates worth ₹35 crore procured from Jindal Steel and Power Ltd,” said SS Bhasin, Managing Director.
The company aims to complete construction of tower by January 29, 2016.
