These are a sampling of the variety of products that are on offer at the three-day The Hindu Business Line- CAI 2015 exhibition, which got underway at the HITEX Exhibition grounds here on Friday.
Noted interior designer Supraja Rao formally inaugurated the event. Over 80 stalls have been put up by virtually all the top brands from the construction, architecture and interiors sectors.

Major players like JSW Cements and Steel, the title sponsor for the construction expo, are present in large spaces. “We have grown our presence not just in the exhibition space but also are expanding in the South, especially, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana in the cement sector,” said Anil Kumar Pillai, CEO of JSW Cements.
Crompton Greaves Ltd, with its smart solutions for homes with lighting and fans, is upbeat about tapping the growing upper-middle class and urban home buyers, says NS Ramaswamy, Assistant General Manager in Hyderabad. Hindustan Concrete, with its bricks and blocks that can be moulded to the required size and shapes, hopes to accelerate construction time and improve strength of buildings. Kamai Elevators installed its compact elevators for the visitor’s experience.
K-Lite, Woman’s Modular, Cosmo LED light, Mahalaxmi Profiles, Skyshade Daylights, JR1 Elevators, Everest Industries and Hindustan Tiles are some of the companies that have set up stalls.
