Real estate investment and development consortium JNB Group and hospitality solutions company BridgeStreet Global Hospitality on Friday tied up with three builders to offer serviced apartments.

Under the tie-up, JNB and BridgeStreet will co-brand 181 units of IDI in Noida, 100 units of AIPL in Gurgaon and 36 units of CHD Developers in Gurgaon.

BridgeStreet already has partnerships with builders such as Silverglades, Homestead, V Square and Logix for 1,600 units in NCR and will have 500 functional units by the end of 2016.

"We hope to have 5,000 fully operational units in India within 5 years," said Sean Worker, President and CEO of BridgeStreet Global Hospitality.

BridgeStreet has six brands - Exclusive, Residences, Mode Aparthotels, Living, Places, and Studyo.
