Kalyan Developers, the sister concern of Kalyan Jewellers, has launched a residential apartment project in Kottayam.
The project called Kalyan Sanctuare will be a 19 storeyed tower in 82 cents located at Kanjikuzhy comprising 2 and 3 bedroom apartments.
With this initiative, Kalyan Developers is expanding beyond its home town of Thrissur where it has over five lakh sq ft under development spread over five ongoing projects. The company also plans to expand to Kochi, Thiruvananthapuram and Kozhikode.
The project is expected to be completed in the last quarter of 2017. The company also identified Bengaluru as the first city for its foray outside Kerala, R.Karthik, Managing Director, Kalyan Developers, said.
