Real estate investors now have an option to buy space in an iconic building in Kuala Lumpur that also promises to be an international tourist destination.
Project developer M101, kicking off a marketing initiative here, said M101 Skywheel, a 78-floor structure, is a mixed use development with suites designed by Studio FA Porsche.
FeaturesThe project gets its name from a 60-m ferris wheel that will be perched on top of the 52nd floor. Riders will get a bird’s eye view of the cityscape from a height of 220 m.
Another feature will be the metrorail line that will traverse the basement when the line is completed in 2021 with Station S15, Kampung Baru North, situated in the basement of M101 Skywheel. Asia’s first Planet Hollywood will be an added feature in the project.
Seth Yap, CEO, M101, promoting the project in Chennai, said apartments in the project will actually come cheaper than some of the high-end projects in here. Construction has started, he said.
At the launch here, M101 entered into an agreement with RE/MAX India and Connection Point for marketing the project in India.
Harinder Singh, Director, RE Max India, said a typical 800 sq ft apartment in the project will cost about ₹2 crore.
With Indians among the top investors in real estate in major cities across the globe, M101 is also being promoted here, he said.
