Shriram Properties, the property development arm of the Rs 90,000-crore Shriram Group, has been recognised as the ‘Best Developer’ in the southern region for the third successive year and also as ‘The Most Transparent Developer’ in southern region by The Associated Chambers of Commerce and Industry of India (Assocham) while determining Housing Excellence Awards of the country.
This is the 3rd year in succession Shriram Properties has received the real estate excellence awards in recognition of its merits and contribution to the Indian real estate sector.
Union Urban Development and Housing Minister M Venkaiah Naidu presented the awards to S S Asokan Eexecuitve Director, Shriram Properties, at the national summit on ‘Housing for All’ organised by Assocham in New Delhi recently.
Speaking on the occasion, Asokan Executive Director, Shriram Properties, said: “We view these awards not only as a recognition of what we have accomplished till date, but also as a call to further excel. Our wish is to always remain as the most trusted, respected and transparent developer meeting with the expectancy of all our customers and stakeholders.”
