Shriram Properties, a real estate company, has donated meal-delivery vans valued at ₹32 lakh to Akshaya Patra Foundation.
The vehicles are equipped to maintain a dust-free environment and an optimal temperature, thus retaining the freshness of the meals.
The vehicles will help the Foundation in catering to the daily mid-day meal requirements of 5,000 kids at 10 primary schools in Bengaluru, said M Murali, Managing Director, Shriram Properties.
