hi,
i feel that the match between Australia and Pakistan was match fixed. As Australia is a strong team and played good cricket in T20, how could they loose with Pakistan? I feel that they know that India is strong enough and can through finals. This was game plan made between Australia and Pakistan management not to get India in finals.
could nt control my laughter reading your post rafi...why on earth a team would depend its fate on 2 other teams...be it fixed or whatever ...a team that is not performing upto the mark has to bite the dust.cheers
(1) With Indian team’s exit from ICC Twenty 20 World Cup tournament, time has come to reassess our batting strength which appears to be very good on paper but is not good enough when it matters. (2) Poor or below par batting performance by top order, especially of Gautam Gambhir, Sehwag and Rohit Sharma in the Super eight matches has once again demonstrated that we fail as a team. Our bowlers too have not performed up to their potential Experience is that those who under-perform generally get away without much punishment.(3) Obviously time has come to reassess our strengths and think of a new strategy for 2015 World Cup (50 over) (4) Lively pitches which allow fast and spin bowlers to prove their potential will eventually help both bowlers and batsmen to improve their strengths. I am sure if these steps are taken team India will do well abroad.
I cant say it as fix but it is a game plan of Australians to keep India on backfoot. I am shocking about the Indian coach what the hell he is doing while India Pakistan match. There is no sign that he is aware of average at that time. We lost due to our own. While playing with Pakistan no one is thinking about the coming scenerio that this could be happened. Everyone is celebrating the Win against Pakistan and thought that now Pakistan is out. But my dear this is Cricket which only Australia can better play other then else (making out India from WC T20 by not making runs against Pak).
I saw Aus vs Pak match Australia were clearly not looking for a
win...they just aimed 112 they completed this target in the last over if
they wished they could have easily beat Pak and eventually reducing Pak
points/run rate...might be Aus thought that Pak was an easier opponent
than Ind so they let Pak hav a win with a good run rate...
