England Captain Alastair Cook won the toss and elected to bat in the fourth and final cricket Test against India here today.

India, who trail 1-2 in the series, have brought in all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja, for whom it will be his Test debut, and leg-spinner Piyush Chawla, making it a four-pronged spin attack with Ishant Sharma being the only pacer in the side.

For England, pacer Tim Bresnan has replaced Steve Finn, while Joe Root will make his debut at the expense of Samit Patel.

India: Mahendra Singh Dhoni (c), Gautam Gambhir, Virender Sehwag, Cheteshwar Pujara, Sachin Tendulkar, Virat Kohli, Ravindra Jadeja, R Ashwin, Piyush Chawla, Ishant Sharma, Pragyan Ojha.

England: Alastair Cook (c), Nick Compton, Jonathan Trott, Kevin Pietersen, Ian Bell, Joe Root, Matt Prior, Tim Bresnan, Graeme Swann, James Anderson, Monty Panesar.
