The Annual General Body Meeting of Indian Olympic Association will be held in Chennai on December 19.
This will be the first AGM of the IOA under the dispensation led by N Ramachandran after it returned to the fold of the International Olympic Committee in February following a 14-month suspension.
“The Annual GBM will be held in Chennai on December 19 and I have issued the notice on November 17 as it requires one month’s notice to call a GBM,” IOA Secretary General Rajeev Mehta said.
The AGM will discuss various issues including a decision on the 2018 National Games host venue. Uttarakhand has made its bid to host the Games.
