The water level in the Mettur Dam today crossed the 100 feet mark and stood at 100.85 feet against its full level of 120 feet.

The inflow into the dam was 88,988 cusecs while the discharge 6,801 cusecs. The water level of the dam crossed the 100 feet mark at around 1.30 a.m. and special poojas were performed on the occasion, the PWD officials said.
