Comic Con, the rendezvous of comics lovers, is back in Hyderabad this month. The two-day event, beginning September 24, is attracting some top names in the international comics market. Afshan Azad (actor) of Harry Potter fame; Dan Parent (artist and writer), who is known for Archie Comics; and David Lloyd (‘V For Vendetta’ illustrator), are among the top names. The second day of the event will have Cosplay, where people donning costumes of cartoon/comic characters compete for prizes. The Alto Hyderabad Comic Con will have gaming zones and stalls that showcase merchandise.
