The Graduate Management Admission Council (GMAC), who owns and administers the GMAT exam worldwide has announced the launch of its On-Campus Test Centre at VIT University, Vellore.
As a part of the initiative, GMAC is working towards simplifying the access for undergraduate students by allowing them to take the GMAT exam within the university campus itself.
With the surge of pre-experienced Masters programmes like Masters in Management, Accounting, Marketing, Finance and other programmes like Harvard 2+2, ISB YLP, ISB early entry option etc., which offer deferred admission, this makes it an ideal platform for undergraduate students to give the GMAT exam from the campus.
The GMAT exam will now be more easily accessible to students studying at universities that are located in slightly remote regions away from the major cities and metros.
