In a charged-up environment, with renowned entrepreneurs, students, and faculty all gathered at one place, Indian Institute of Management, Rohtak (IIM-R) inaugurated its entrepreneurship cell on Saturday. The theme for the E-Cell is ‘empower, experiment and energise’.
The E-cell will provide assistance to budding entrepreneurs in incubating their business plans, marketing, mentorship from panel advisors, consultancy and networking opportunities with VC’s and PE investors.
The newly founded body also aims to create an ecosystem to facilitate interaction between students, entrepreneurs, mentors and angel investors.
The E-Cell is collective effort of three successive batches of students at IIM-R, some of whom have started their own ventures that has finally led to the formation of an entity with a vision and mission.
Some of the renowned entrepreneurs and industry experts present during the inauguration include Amit Arora, CEO buddy retail; Ashish Gupta, COO, Evalueserve; VP Singh, Executive Director, HR, RJ Corp; and Anil Jain, President Elect of AIDC Technologies.
