IIM Trichy has successfully placed its graduating batch of 103 students with an average pay package of Rs 11.32 lakh. The highest annual compensation offered is Rs 19.50 lakh.
Recruiters offered diverse profiles to the students across all functions. Some of the notable profiles include risk management, supply chain management, product manager, capital market analyst, inventory management, management consulting, digital marketing, portfolio management, rural marketing, and media (radio) marketing.
Among those who hired from IIM Trichy included Berger Paints, BPCL, Dabur, HCL, ICICI Bank, KPMG, L&T, Mahindra, TAFE, ANZ, BIG FM, Crisil, Dun & Bradstreet, Housing.com, Infosys, Jubilant Life Sciences, Murugappa Group, RBS, SBI, and TVS Logistics, among others.
Three students received multiple offers this year, while three others opted out of the placements. Of the latter, one was on a sabbatical and has returned to the previous employer, one joined a family business, and the third decided to seek opportunities through personal network.
