IIM Calcutta in partnership with Glocal Healthcare Systems Pvt Ltd, a hospital chain, has launched an Executive Management Programme in healthcare.
The one-year course interweaves three months of classroom sessions at IIM-C, moves on to six months of field-based learning at Glocal Hospitals, of which a month will be with an overseas tertiary care hospital set-up, and a three-month final session back at IIM-C.
Programme subjects range from healthcare regulations to laws & ethics, and sales and marketing, supply chain operations, healthcare technology and infrastructure management.
The inaugural batch for 2015 -16 will have 31 aspirants.
