May 21: Nifty beats Sensex to a record high; closes at 4260 pts DLF Ltd sets a price band of Rs 500-550 per equity share for its forthcoming initial public offering. May 28: SEBI bars market entry of Adani Group promoters for 2 years for alleged links with Mr Ketan Parekh in manipulating Adani Exports (now Adani Enterprise) stock in the period between October 1999 and March 2001. Tata Tea touches 52-week high of Rs 990 in intra-day trading on BSE. May 29: National Stock Exchange of India Ltd introduces Futures and Options contracts in CNX Nifty Junior and CNX 100 indices for trading in F&O segment wef June 1.
