My favourite airport: The new integrated terminal at Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose International Airport, Kolkata.
What I like about it: Any good international airport should have the capability to handle large number of passengers and cargo in a quick and efficient manner. I like the speed of process and flow of Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose International Airport. Apart from this the staff is also very courteous, helpful and proactive.
What could be improved: Intra-airport connectivity is very important in terms of reducing airplane turnaround time and offering a great passenger experience. I would like to see more good quality buses to handle the passenger volume.
Other airports that I like: I like the Sydney Airport in Australia because of customer friendliness, wide variety of shopping experience and the food options spread across the airport.
