Farmers waiting to sell onions at the Mahboob Mansion Agricutural Market in Malakpet, Hyderabad. Prices of onion have increased sharply during the last fortnight on low arrivals. Currently, onion is ruling at Rs 850-900 a quintal, up from Rs 200-300 a fortnight ago.
