Mumbai, Oct. 12 Tata Motors has launched the Sumo Victa Turbo DI, the new upgraded range of its entry-level utility vehicle, the Sumo Spacio.

The Bharat Stage (BS) II range of Sumo Victa DI has been priced between Rs.4.80 lakh and Rs.5.86 lakh, (ex-showroom, Karnal), while the Bharat Stage III range is priced between Rs.4.91 lakh and Rs.5.9 lakh (ex showroom, Delhi).

The range comprises four trim levels — Cx, Lx, Ex and Gx in both BSII and BSIII emission compliance levels.

Simultaneously, the company also launched the new 2.2 litre Safari Dicor for the Western Region today.

The range starts from Rs 7.50 lakh to Rs 11.5 (ex-showroom Mumbai) with an enhanced warranty of two years or 75,000 km. An additional two years’ warranty can be availed through the extended warranty option.

The company has sold 16,000 units in 2006-07 in the country, and more than 69,000 vehicles have been produced till date.
