ITC's Ready-to-Eat (RTE) brand "Kitchens of India" expanded its premium portfolio by announcing the launch of three Indian desserts. This marks the brands foray into the RTE desserts segment.

"With a new generation of Indians developing a healthy appetite for convenient, gourmet food, open-heat-eat is being given a new dimension by ITC Foods with the launch of this range of traditional Indian delicacies," Mr Ravi Naware, CEO, ITC Foods, said.

"Our research has shown that consumers are looking for desserts to complete the meal. We are constantly looking to cater to the pan Indian palate, which has been one of the primary drivers for the success of our Ready to Eat range," he added.
