CLSA (Mauritius) Ltd has been allotted over 94 lakh shares of SKS Microfinance Ltd amounting to 9.15 per cent of stake of the company. The allotment of shares was done through the recently completed Qualified Institutional Placement of the Hyderabad-based company, the BSE was informed on Saturday.
