Haridraa Ayurveda, the centre for treatment and research, will start functioning from Thursday at Palarivattom near here. The hospital offers treatment for eye, ksharasootra chikithsa for piles and fistula, knee related problems, treatment to remove excess fat from body etc. It also plans to render medical help to poor and deserving patients by only charging the cost of medicines, Dr Mahesh Kolapilly, Managing Partner, said. It also plans to start a medicinal plant park to make this centre more natural and to create an eco friendly environment for the patients, Dr Saji Sridhar Arakkunnam, Technical Consultant, said. The centre also introduces three packages such as haridraa ayurveda garbha raksha package, `balaraksha' package and `kudumba raksha'.
