HYDERABAD: The Andhra Pradesh power utilities are working out an employee performance track system (EPTS) to continuously monitor and attend to complaints made by consumers.

Special cells were also created in the existing consumer care centres and sub-divisional centres in urban areas for speedy settlement of consumer grievances, according to a press release by the Transmission Corporation of Andhra Pradesh here on Friday.
