Airtel Broadband & Telephone Services (Karnataka) has introduced toll-free call service facility for its business customers. An Airtel toll-free number can be accessed by customers of the respective company from an Airtel mobile or Airtel fixed line phone anywhere in the country depending on the type of toll-free service, local or national.

The service provides a wide range of benefits to both the subscriber and the caller. The businesses that can benefit from this service are - service sector companies with frequent customer interactions; companies offering home delivery facility to customers, logistics companies and companies offering `impulse' purchase products.

The service features such as time dependent routing to ease 24 hour operations, call statistics to track capacity utilisation, origin dependent routing to the nearest city, call forwarding facility, call screening facility, and percentage quota distribution of calls to ensure the calls get distributed to various numbers so that no office is over-burdened.
