US-based software firm GlobalLogic dealing in outsource product development is looking at expanding its network not only in the clientele front but also through mergers and acquisitions, of which India will form a significant part.

"We are trying to have a global footprint, through expanding our clientele base in various countries and are also looking at mergers and acquisitions in these geographies," said Mr Peter Harrison, CEO. The company, as part of its expansion process recently acquired a Ukraine based software company, Bonus Technology, through which it plans to globalise its research and development outreach.

GlobalLogic provides 90 companies with software solution products has IBM and Inflex as its clients in India.
