SWEDISH software company Telelogic has opened its second facility in the city. The centre will be in line with the expansion plans for India, according to a company release.
The first unit was started in 2004 with a team of five. This rose over a year to 65 engineers developing and testing products.
Mr Scott Raskin, Chief Operating Officer of the California unit of Telelogic, said, "India is a strategic market in terms of domestic market potential. We look forward to working closely with leading Government and defence establishments to help them develop and deliver cutting edge research and development."
The company offers solutions for automating and supporting best practices in enterprises to verticals such as military-aero, telecom, finance and automotive. It offers modelling of business process and enterprise architectures to requirement-driven development of advanced systems and software.
