The Rural Marketing Agencies Association of India has launched Journal of Rural Marketing. According to a press release from the association, quoting its President, Mr R.V. Rajan, "This initiative is expected to provide knowledge on the happenings in the rural marketing world to corporates and management institutions which are looking to expand their knowledge base on the subject." The quarterly will consist of news clippings, research findings and case studies, says the release. Though the first issue is being distributed free, the annual subscription for the journal is Rs 500.
